Our Nanny and Staff Qualifications

• Legal Right to Work: All our nannies and staff are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Language Proficiency: We are proud to offer staff who are fluent in various languages, allowing us to cater to diverse linguistic requirements. Whether you need a nanny who can speak English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or another language, we can provide professionals who will communicate effectively with your family, ensuring that cultural and language preferences are respected and met.
• Certified and Trained: Every nanny is CPR/First Aid certified, INA Basic Nanny certified, and trained in child safety. Our household staff members have relevant certifications and training for their roles.
• Experience: Each nanny has a minimum of 2+ years of professional childcare experience. Household staff also bring significant experience in their respective fields.
• Education: Our nannies hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with many possessing college degrees and specialized training. Household staff are also certified and highly skilled.
• References: We require a minimum of 3 verified references for both childcare and household staff to ensure a history of reliable and trustworthy service.
• Mandatory Training Program: Every nanny and household staff member undergoes our compulsory training program, designed to refine their skills and ensure they are well-versed in the latest childcare practices, household management techniques, and safety protocols. This intensive training includes modules on advanced childcare techniques, emergency response, communication skills, and household management best practices.
